Terms of Service for Pocket Math

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Pocket Math (“the App”), provided by MindMap Ventures (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By downloading or using Pocket Math, you agree to these Terms.

Use of the App

Pocket Math is provided for personal, non-commercial use. You may use the App solely in accordance with these Terms and applicable laws.

You agree not to:

Copy, modify, or distribute the App
Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code
Use the App for unlawful purposes
Interfere with the operation or security of the App

Purchases

Pocket Math may offer a one-time in-app purchase for lifetime access. All purchases are processed through Apple and managed in part through RevenueCat. Billing, refunds, and payment processing are subject to Apple’s terms and policies. We do not directly process or store payment information.

No Warranty

Pocket Math is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will always be available, error-free, or uninterrupted.

Calculations and results generated by the App are provided for informational and convenience purposes only. You are responsible for verifying any important financial, mathematical, or practical decisions based on the App’s output.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mindmap Ventures shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Pocket Math.

Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by the Pocket Math Privacy Policy.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App if these Terms are violated.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
